Space Group Architects have been shortlisted for the 2013 RIBA Guerrilla Tactics Live Pitch.
Our proposal maintains the intended aim of the developer Argent to utilize the plot partially for offices and for a communial sports centre. However, we have also managed to maintain the current, temporary purpose of the site: An urban gardening initiative.
